We’re just days away from the start of the season, and while we can’t wait to get back on the pitch, the weather might have other plans! With a severe wet weather warning in place, here’s what you need to know about game cancellations.

First Kicks – 8th Grade

💧Each club makes the call on cancellations and posts updates on their Facebook pages, so keep an eye out for updates closer to game time!

9th Grade & Above – NRF Wet Weather Process

💧NRF posts the weekend draw on their Facebook page around 4 PM on Fridays

💧Sometimes, changes happen Friday night or over the weekend due to ground closures

💧If this happens, clubs will be notified directly

💧 Always check your fixture on nrf.org.nz before heading to the game

Game Day Blanket Cancellations

💧NRF aims to confirm these by 8 AM on game days

💧Updates will be posted on the NRF website, Facebook page & NRF Northland Facebook group

💧Northland competitions follow their own process—check their page for updates
