A CLUB FOR EVERYONE

Football is for all, and at RSFC, we celebrate diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our club. Our women’s and girls’ programmes provide opportunities for players of all backgrounds and skill levels to participate, grow, and thrive in a positive and encouraging setting. We are also proud to be the only club in Auckland with a female President, Treasurer, and Secretary, showcasing our commitment to leadership and representation in football.

PATHWAYS FOR PLAYERS

From our junior girls’ teams to our senior women’s squad, we offer structured pathways that support development at every stage. Our focus is on enjoyment, skill-building, and fostering a strong sense of community both on and off the pitch.

Junior Girls: Fun and engaging training sessions designed to develop foundational skills and a love for the game.
Youth Teams: Competitive and social football opportunities for young players looking to challenge themselves and improve.
Senior Women: A range of playing levels, from social teams to competitive leagues, ensuring there’s a place for everyone to continue their football journey.

COACHING & SUPPORT

Our dedicated coaching team includes experienced professionals who are passionate about women’s and girls’ football. We prioritise creating an environment where players feel supported, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential.
