Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Ranui Swanson Football Club (RSFC) will be held on:

Date: Thursday 13th November 2025

Time: AGM starts at 7pm [please arrive 10-15 min before to sign in]

Location: Te Poi Starling Park - Function Room [34-44 Glen Road, Ranui]

1. Welcome & Opening

   • Apologies

   • Acknowledgements / In Memoriam

2. Minutes of the 2024 AGM

   • Confirmation of minutes

   • Matters arising

3. Annual Reports

   • President’s report

   • Treasurer’s / Financial report

   • Other department / committee reports (e.g. Youth, Senior, Facilities)

4. Matters Arising / Business from Reports

5. Acceptance of Updated 2025 Constitution 

6. Elections of Officers & Committee Members

   • President / Chairperson

   • Secretary

   • Treasurer

   • Club Captain

   • Other Committee members(all roles other than names executives will be determinedat first committee meeting after AGM)

   • Life / Honorary member nominations (if applicable)

7. Notices of Motion

   • Motions previously submitted in writing

   • Any additional motions accepted at the meeting (per constitution)

   • Any other business raised by members

Call for Nominations

All named positions are required to be re-elected at each AGM.   

Nominations are invited for all officer roles and committee positions. Nominees must be financial members of RSFC. Nominations must be submitted in writing (email or form) to the Club Secretary by Thursday 6th November. If any position remains vacant, nominations may also be received at the AGM.

LIFE MEMBERS - this honor can be bestowed upon members who's contribution to the club is considered outstanding and substantial.   If you wish to nominate a candidate for Lifemembership, please complete the form on the right before Thursday 6th November.   Life membership is awarded at the discretion of the current Board.

Voting Rights

In accordance with the RSFC Constitution, voting at the AGM is restricted to:

• Senior playing members (age 18+)

• Non-player financial members

• Coaches, managers, appointed committee members

• Parents/guardians of youth players (as defined by the constitution)

Proxy or postal votes will not be accepted.

We encourage all members to attend, contribute, and help shape the future of Ranui Swanson FC.
